During peak seasons or promotional periods, production times may be slightly extended—we appreciate your patience as we craft something truly exceptional just for you.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, it is in their hands and we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. However, if any shipping issues arise, we’ll do our best to help you resolve them quickly.
