Yes it cost a little more than the average razor BUT I can say it is very much worth it! With imported t-shirts costing $50 these days I can't complain about the price of a handmade, solid wood shaving set that fits Gillette blades, instead of having to subscribe to something! This thing is unbelievable. My bathroom has officially been upgraded.

Like a fingerprint. Uniquely beautiful with each piece. From ordering to receiving, the process was as simple as enjoying a hot cup of coffee on a cold winter day in front of a nice fire. Sure to be a pleaser this coming Christmas.

The razor is nice, and seems to fit the proglide blades I have well. I wish there would have been more information provided and an introduction to a broader array of related products and customer support. But a solid product.
