Mixed review as I had issues but must read to understand

I'm rating 3 star because this is a mixed review on the handle. It's 1 star for the mach 3 version because we were never able to use it as one push of the button caused the entire insert to pop out of the handle. I asked customer service to replace with a fusion version instead which the old head screws off and new screws on. 5 stars for the fusion head version as I already own the veil set and liked the design. Pacific was for the wife. 1 star for mach 3 version. 5 stars for customer service and fusion version as design is much better and would definitely recommend and absolutely purchase another one day!!

Thanks for the input, and yes we had a small batch of ten Mach 3 heads that had a problem. Thankfully we were able to correct the issue and sent new heads to everyone who needed one. We are so glad you are a returning customer and glad you love the fusion!

Sustainable and Beautiful Set

This gorgeous set was a gift for my husband for Christmas. He loves the close shave, intricate and beautiful colors which remind him of when he visited me in California, and the fact that it is a long lasting razor set.

This makes a great gift and is reasonably priced.
